Anti Money Laundering Checks


Coadjute

We are legally required to carry out anti-money laundering checks on all prospective buyers and sellers.

These checks are securely completed on our behalf by our trusted partner, Coadjute.
You will receive a secure link to complete the required biometric identity checks electronically:

  • If you are selling or letting a property, when you instruct us.
  • If you are buying a property, once your offer has been accepted, subject to contract.

A non-refundable fee of £45 plus VAT per person applies and is payable directly through Coadjute.

All checks must be completed before we can market your property or issue the memorandum of sale to the solicitors.
