The newest member of our team, Owen is the eldest of Richard and Debbie’s children! Owen is responsible for dealing with the maintenance requirements of our managed rental properties ensuring tenants and landlords are kept fully informed.

Tiana supports Karen in the day to day running of the letting department. She can often be found out on appointments meeting with potential tenants at rental viewings and doing routine property inspections at our managed properties.

I lost count of the amount of times I called her for reassurance - everytime she was patient and understanding. Giving me the space to worry but also being realistic about the process and challenges. Alex was also a huge help in chasing solicitors and keeping our buyer updated. All in all, having someone experienced in conveyancing makes a huge difference!
