If you’ve worked with Town & Country before, you’ll no doubt have met Richard. He opened the business with his wife Debbie in 2005 and he is still actively involved within the business today!

Originally from Lancashire, Debbie moved here with her family in the 1990’s living in the Ceiriog Valley where she met Richard.

Sales & Office Manager & Valuer
Having worked in sales based roles most of her life, Emma loves combining this experience with her love of property! Obsessed with all things property, Emma loves working closely with the sales team to match buyers to the right property.
Karen
Lettings Manager
Karen has worked in Estate Agency for a number of years joining Town & Country a few years ago. Karen believes in maintaining good relationships with tenants whilst protecting the interests of property owners.

Coming from the hospitality industry, Ashleigh loves interacting with people! Our chattiest member of the team, Ashleigh loves to find out exactly what our clients want and she loves to keep in touch with people, building relationships!

After Sales Manager (Sale Progression)
Alex is dedicated to the progression of a sale once it’s been agreed by our sales team! Supporting both buyer and seller, the aim is to ensure all parties are updated and the sale progresses to completion as smoothly as possible.

Sales Negotiator
Kristina has lived in Shropshire since 2017 and has been in the property industry for 19 years working for surveyors and estate agents. She loves the interaction with clients, booking viewing appointments and getting post viewing feedback for our owners are her main responsibilities.
Owen
Maintenance Co-Ordinator (Lettings)
The newest member of our team, Owen is the eldest of Richard and Debbie’s children! Owen is responsible for dealing with the maintenance requirements of our managed rental properties ensuring tenants and landlords are kept fully informed.
Tiana
Letting Assistant
Tiana supports Karen in the day to day running of the letting department. She can often be found out on appointments meeting with potential tenants at rental viewings and doing routine property inspections at our managed properties.
