The sales team were great and after we sold our house, Alex was an absolute star. I lost count of the amount of times I called her for reassurance - everytime she was patient and understanding. Giving me the space to worry but also being realistic about the process and challenges. Alex was also a huge help in chasing solicitors and keeping our buyer updated. All in all, having someone experienced in conveyancing makes a huge difference!
